Because EDNDrop utilizes P2P connections and does not broker file storage, users are solely responsible for the nature of the content they transmit.
No Affiliation or Storage
We act as a signaling bridge. We do not inspect, log, or cache any file transferred using this service. The files transmit directly between the networking environments of the initiating and receiving parties.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the uptime of the signaling servers, the inherent success of localized P2P network traversal, or the preservation of files during transit. We cannot be held liable for corrupted files or failed transfers.
